Réseau ACCESS Network - HIV/Hepatitis Health and Social Services
Réseau ACCESS Network is a bilingual, community-based, non-profit organization that offers health and wellness services in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space. The agency supports people living with or at risk of HIV, Hepatitis C, people who use drugs, and 2S-LGBTQIA communities, with a focus on harm reduction, wellness, and education. Services are trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and designed with minimal barriers, guided by the voices of members and patients.
What We Offer
Clinical Services
- HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI/STBBI testing and treatment
- PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) and DoxyPEP (doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis) for HIV prevention
- Gender Affirming Services (GAS) for transgender and gender-diverse people
- Supportive clinics for gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM)
- Case management and Circle of Care coordination
- Home and in-hospital support, navigation for social and medical services
- Services for people who are incarcerated, recently released, or precariously housed (partner supported)
Harm Reduction Services
- Needle exchange, safer injection and smoking kits, naloxone kits, and drug testing (when available)
- Harm reduction education and pathway referrals
- Peer-led programs connecting people who use drugs and people with lived/living experience to wellness, education, and low barrier employment
Counselling and Support
- Supportive counselling and brief therapy
- Support groups and peer engagement programs
- Wraparound supports: food pantry, transportation, financial navigation, housing assistance, and social prescribing
Education and Community Programs
- Workshops on sexual health, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and overdose response
- Self Guided Safer Spaces training and anti-stigma education, especially for 2S-LGBTQIA communities
- Youth programs on sexual health and consent
- Social Prescribing: Art Group, mindfulness, grief and loss support, community gardening, and kitchen programs
- Indigenous cultural programming (external partners) and medicines
InReach and Clinical Services
Monday to Friday: 9:30pm – 4:00pm (closed for lunch 12-1pm)
Wednesday: Women identified Harm Reduction drop in 9:30pm-12:00pm
Outreach Hours – 7 Days a WeekRéseau ACCESS Network’s outreach team is available every day of the week, bringing harm reduction supplies, education, and support directly into the community:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00pm – 3:00pm
Outreach services include sterile harm reduction supplies, naloxone, practical support, education, and connections to other services. The outreach team meets people where they are, including rural and encampment areas. For rural or encampment outreach, please call 705-688-0500.
