Primary Health Care Services Our Primary Health Care Team provides primary health care, illness and disease prevention and health education services to immigrants and refugees of all ages who live in the City of Toronto. We are committed to providing culturally sensitive and language accessible health care to disadvantaged refugees and newcomers to Canada. Clients are referred to us from immigrant and refugee serving organizations and through our outreach work in recently established communities.
