HALCO is a charitable not-for-profit community-based legal clinic that provides free legal services for people living with HIV/AIDS in Ontario, Canada. We also provide public legal education activities across Ontario, and are involved in a variety of law reform and community development activities. HALCO produces publications and materials including our HALCO pamphlet, website, newsletter, information sheets, and more. HALCO services are offered in English. We can access interpreters for other languages (including telephone interpretation).
