The R&I Centre will provide integrated and accessible healthcare to clients in the inner city with complex healthcare needs. Many of these clients have multiple conditions that can include HIV, hepatitis C (HCV) and many times, these clients are co-infected with HIV and HCV in addition to substance use and mental health issues. The R&I Centre will be staffed by an interdisciplinary team (e.g. physicians, nurses, counsellors, peer navigators) to provide wrap-around healthcare to clients, ensuring they receive the full continuum of care under one roof.
