NEEDLE & SYRINGE EXCHANGE NALOXONE HARM REDUCTION SUPPLIES Our Needle Exchange program is a confidential, non-judgmental service that provides: -Syringes -Needle tips -Bio-hazard bins -Alcohol Swabs -Inhalation Pipes -Naloxone (Narcan) -Condoms and Lube All supplies are free of charge.
