The Integrated Care Hub (ICH) opened in 2020 and serves to provide low-barrier access to care and services for some of our community’s most marginalized and vulnerable citizens. Services at the Integrated Care Hub (ICH) are delivered by a group of community partners who work together to provide collaborative, integrated care

Core services offered at the ICH include:

• An Access and Support Centre where individuals can access food, harm reduction supplies, support, and community.
• A Rest Zone.
• Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS), including Harm Reduction support (9 a.m. – 9 p.m., 7 days a week)
• Integrated Care where community organizations provide access to social, economic and community health services to those we serve.
