Mission and objectives: Since its opening in 2004, the primary mandate of the fixed Trac site has been to provide sterile equipment in order to prevent sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBI) and to reduce the harms associated with the misuse of drugs. and unprotected sex.
