The Oromocto Community Health Centre is a facility that provides primary health care services, illness/injury prevention, chronic disease management and community development services, using a population health promotion approach. The centre is made up of a team of health care professionals who are all about teamwork, collaborative practice, community participation, and patient-centred care. The team includes a physician, nurse practitioners, social worker, dietitian, registered nurse, licensed practical nurse and community developer.
