The Rockland & PR Youth Wellness Hub serves local youth as a fully integrated one-stop shop where youth between the ages of 12 and 25 and their families can address all of their health and wellness needs.
Immediate help is available for mental health, substance use, primary care (Nurse Practitioner), along with many other community and social services such as employment, housing, financial aid, etc. The hub also includes peer services and system navigation services, all delivered in a timely and integrated manner with no appointment required.
