SafeSpace London is a volunteer-run and community-funded support centre for sex workers, accomplices (allies), and women & gender non-conforming folx who are in crisis. Our model is one of empowerment, with the goal of meeting folx where they are at and helping those who provide sexual services to operate with safety and dignity. We aim to make real a community that strives to raise the basic living conditions of its most vulnerable and exploited members.
SafeSpace currently operates a drop-in centre at 679 Dundas Street, in London, ON. We offer harm reduction and first aid supplies, HIV and STI/STD educational resources and testing days, cosmetics, clothing, hygiene products, food, coffee, tea, peer support, and information about current services and resources in London, Ontario.
We recognize an individual's right to choose or refuse sex work even within the context of limited options. We work to educate the public about sex work in London. We support and promote the decriminalization of sex work.
*please note that due to funding shortfalls in 2024, the organization has returned to being volunteer-run. Please email the below address to inquire about above services.
