  Our Urban Health Program is a walk-in, low-barrier primary care clinic for individuals who are experiencing homelessness, are living on the street, or are at risk of homelessness, and/or are wanting access to health, mental health, and substance use treatment, and/or are involved in sex work AND do not have a family doctor or need help re-establishing a relationship with their family doctor. 
Clients, 16 yrs and older can get help with:
- Health issues (mental and/or physical and/or substance use), episodic and chronic disease management, preventative care, and palliative care,
 - Practical supports such as harm reduction supplies, access to social services,
 - Rapid access to addictions medicine, navigation to mental health and addiction supports, and other social service supports,
 - On-site access to specialty services: HIV, Hepatitis C, Sexually Transmitted Infection Testing &Treatment, psychiatry, diabetes, foot care.
 
The Oasis Primary Care clinic provides harm reduction-based medical services for people who use drugs.
