What we Offer

Market Rent Housing: Market rent rates are based on current rates in the private market. There are 15 Housing York locations that offer market rent units

Subsidized Housing: Subsidized housing is available for people that are unable to afford full market rent and who qualify for subsidy

Emergency and Transitional Housing: People who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness in York Region have access to an effective, coordinated and responsive system of supports and services to find and keep stable housing.

Housing Supports: offers housing and daily meals for people who need supervision of their daily living activities. These are permanent homes for most people who stay there.
